The Ford EcoSport 2015 compact SUV model is a complete up-gradation as Ford has replaced diesel engine with the new EcoBoost petrol engine
Ford made paradigm shift by re-developing its all new EcoSport 2015. The upgradations have been made in regard with its interior and exterior design and engine specification. Whereas, the previous model was lacking some key specifications and engine capabilities.
EcoBoost Petrol Engine
Ford has replaced underpowered diesel engine with the EcoBoost petrol engine. The EcoSport 2015 has 1.0-litre three cylinder turbo petrol engine. It has a power output of 123bhp and generates a torque of 170Nm. The EcoSport 2015 has five speed manual gearbox and offers front wheel drive.
It achives 0-62mph within 12.7 seconds which is not that impressive but reasonably good. The top speed of 112mph has been recorded for all the new EcoBoost 2015 engines. The fuel economy and CO2 emissions figures stay at 53.3mpg and 125g/km respectively.
Stylish and Stunning Compact-SUV
The new EcoSport 2015 is stylish, sticking and a stunning compact SUV. It is more comfortable and provides wonderful driving experience with its efficient and powerful engine.
The last year version was a complete disaster for Ford Motors as it was poorly built, badly designed and week to deliver good road performance. Ford Motor is looking forward to compete and beat rivals with its all new compact SUV, the EcoSport 2015.

It can also be classified as a supermini- SUV. It enables perfect ride around the town because it is easy to manoeuvre, the EcoSport 2015 is a good choice for occasional long journey because of its comfortable leather seats and soft suspension on the road bumps.
It has half-leather seats, soft-touch headlining and angular headlamps. Indeed, it still lacks in tech features whereas some of Ford rivals are offering latest tech features with the similar engine specification.
